Novacyt – Announces Bond Issue ENG
Paris, France and Cambridge, UK – 6th April 2017 – Novacyt (ALTERNEXT: ALNOV), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, today announces the Company has issued a convertible bond in the amount of €1,500,000 through the issuance of 1,500,000 bonds which are convertible into shares with a nominal value of €1.00 each (“OC17VATEL”) in favour of FCPI Dividends Plus No 4 fund and FCPI Dividends Plus No 5 fund. On March 31, 2016, the Company recorded the subscription of these 1,500,000 OC17VATEL.
